The name Dêlës-sèqî Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Dêlës-sèqî Bî was founded by Giant Mantis Gadonhê, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Dêlës-sèqî Bî was founded durring the late 15th century in spring of the year 1372, by Giant Mantis Gadonhê. The establishment of Dêlës-sèqî Bî was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Giant Mantis Gadonhê electing to pay people to resettle in Dêlës-sèqî Bî.

Dêlës-sèqî Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Dêlës-sèqî Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Dêlës-sèqî Bî is buildings folow an organic layout of crampt packed earth streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. Unfortuantly, these timber-based walls are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

Dêlës-sèqî Bî has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair.
